A production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "Casper and the Angels" (1979-1980). Featuring the interior setting of a building with a shelf next to a window, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the first episode of season one, titled "Space Circus," which aired on September 22, 1979. Measuring 10.5"x26" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor surface and edge wear and curling to the illustration paper from being stored rolled.
